Madam H.E. Ina Hagniningtyas Krisnamurthi (Ambassador of Indonesia in India) visited Alliance World Manufacturing Limited and Alliance Formulations, Baddi plants on 30th August 2022. H.E. was accompanied by Mr Bona Kusuma (Trade Attachè Indonesia) and Mr Erry Herjuno (Counsellor).

H.E. was welcomed by Mr Anil Nagpal, Managing Director of AWML and the Plant and Corporate Office Senior Management staff. They had a detailed discussion on various aspects of doing Business in India and Indonesia. The Mission and Vision, Indian and Indonesian operations of AWML and the challenges AWML faced while setting up the plant in Sei Mangkei, Medan were discussed.

They showed a lot of interest in understanding the soap manufacturing process and had a plant round to see the practical aspects of manufacturing.

Madam Ambassador participated in AWML’s plantation drive as we believe in and promote a greener world.

They also wanted to collaborate with the local industry association BBNIA (Baddi, Barotiwala, Nalagarh Industries Association) to provide them with a briefing on the investment opportunities that their country is currently offering to Indian investors.

H.E. and the team presented and invited the present and past BBNIA presidents and members to the upcoming trade fair (online and offline). Members of BBNIA had a good insight into the Indonesian business forums and trade exchange programs.
